I am passionate about helping people change their lives, and supporting people who want to do the same thing. That’s why I started the H.O.P.E. Project [link to page on this website], and speak with audiences across the country about career training and workforce development in urban communities.

I didn’t become a national leader in youth and young adult career training just because of the H.O.P.E. Project, or my career in training, but because I have lived [link to bio on this website] what I’m talking about or helped someone who has.

I am a member of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and the Washington DC, Chapter of the American Society of Training & Development. Mr. Bell attended the University of Maryland University College, the University of the District of Columbia and Ballou Senior High School.
